The Zen Den - Private Room

Whether you are here for a romantic weekend or a short business trip you'll enjoy all the extras this room and Airbnb have to offer. We are a 10-minute walk to CLU and a 10-minute drive to Amgen. World-class golf, hiking, and biking trails are all within close proximity as well as Malibu beaches, wineries, and lots of restaurants. This room is great for singles or couples. Many guests have commented on how comfortable the queen-sized bed is. During your stay, you will have access to the kitchen, guest fridge, shared bath, laundry room and lovely outside area. I work from home so I am almost always available if you need something. Even if I'm not at home I'm only a text message away. Our neighborhood is older and most of the houses were built in the late 1960's. The homes are bigger with larger lots. We are close to some of the best-known hiking trails in the country as well as Malibu, the beach, world famous wineries, golf courses and more. We are just around the corner from CLU and Amgen Pharmaceuticals. Pepperdine University is also only about 15 minutes away. There are buses that run all the time and bus stops near by. Uber and Lyft are readily available. We live on a cul-de-sac in an old fashioned neighborhood surrounded by neighbors. Please be courteous when parking. Don't block anyone in or park in someone else's driveway. We are also a "420 friendly" establishment. We just kindly ask that smoking of ANY kind be done outside. We have a great patio and backyard that is perfect for that.
