Relax with family or friends in our newly renovated unit directly on the picturesque Jackson River. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with breath taking mountain and river views. Take a hike or bike the Jackson River scenic trail which is within walking distance. Local business Alleghany Outdoors is right across the trail ready to rent you bikes, kayak and fun tubes. Just a short scenic ride to Lake Moomaw, Historic Humpback Bridge, and the famous Homestead Resort or Greenbrier Resort. You'll enjoy two spacious bedrooms both furnished with comfortable queen size beds and plenty of drawer space and both have large closets with hangers. A large bathroom with a shower/tub combo is shared between both bedrooms. Relax in the large family room which features a flat screen smart tv with Hulu, a large sectional couch for lounging, card and board games, and a great pool table for an exciting billiards game! A barnwood bar rounds out the room with barstools to relax and enjoy an adult beverage, if desired. Unit is also equipped with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker with coffees and teas included. Disposable cups, plates and silverware are available as well. Our outside patio boasts seating overlooking our large yard and stunning mountain views and a flat top Blackstone grill for your use. The beautiful Jackson River is right off of our large backyard. To Note - our listing would not be considered handicap accessible due to there being several stairs required to take to get into the property. Ample parking is provided free of charge. Our home is situated at the end of a road on a cul de sac. Very nice neighborhood that makes for an enjoyable evening walk. We do reside upstairs and will most always be available. We live in a beautiful neighborhood named Dressler Estates. I built my home, and also helped build the majority of all the houses in our subdivision. Our home is located at the end of a road in a cul de sac type area. You will more than likely be visited by deer. They come out all over our neighborhood and eat. We look forward to opening our home up and meeting some folks. We do have two beautiful four legged family members. A sweet gentle golden named Holly and a fun loving gentle standard poodle named Tobin. Also two gorgeous sweet cats named Jerome and Pippy. They normally hide from people.
