Very large independent study (part of a detached villa) in a small village on the coast of Malaga. Only 1,5km away from Tore del Mar, a well known touristic area in Costa del Sol. The village (Almayate) has all you may need, supermarket, Bars... The Study has a King-size bed, dining table and chairs, a living room placelike with a small couch and a tv with DVD player and an american bar kitchen with gas oven and microwave. It has a toilet with sink and toilet, and an independent large shower, there is also placed the laundry machine. Its a total of 55 square meters Studyo complemented with a Terrace of 15 square meters. Beach is only at 10 min walking distance. The village has supermarkets, Pharmacy, Bakery, ATM, Banks... and a few bar where you can try some tipical spanish tapas. Free WIFI, ask for availability without any commitment. As mentioned before, there is a terrace for the exclusive use of the tenants. There is also free WIFI for emailing, surfing the web and others. It is not allowed to dowload heavy files or watching tv on the WIFI because of the limmited conection it has. I will be pleased of helping you in anything you may need as well as recomend where you can go. Its a very quiet zone surrounded by nature, with a park right behind the houses provided with BBQs and tables for public use. There are buses conecting this quiet village with the surrounding ones, like Torre del Mar, Caleta, Velez Malaga, Nerja and even Malaga city. It is a very sunny place and you can get to the beach with a few minutes of walkin, but if you want to get that perfect tan without marks, there is also a nude beach only 1 km away.
