Recently built chalet at the bottom of a beautiful garden. Decking with seating area. Private access at the side of the house. Contemporary style and quiet location but close to bus route into Central Hove & Brighton, also motorway to all parts of the country. The chalet is Hygienically clean and very secure as there is a locked side gate. On entering this beautiful garden you instantly feel relaxed. You have your own private entrance and can come and go as you please. As you walk down to the bottom of the garden you find 2 identical chalets. They each have a large room with a very comfortable double bed. A wardrobe with some hangers and an ironing board and iron. A table and chairs which can easily be used as a desk if you intend to work. There is no kitchen however there is a microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery and a small fridge. Tea and coffee facilities and a TV to keep you entertained. There are bed side lamps and everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep including heaters to keep you nice and warm. There is a modern ensuite shower room with towels. A short walk away is a popular pub/restaurant called the Hangleton Manor which has an interesting history and dates back to the 16th century, its also very beautiful and a great place to visit. Access though side gate to chalets gate locked at all times You have complete privacy although I am on hand to offer any recommendations/help you may need. Hangleton (and Knoll) are both neighborhoods in the borough of Hove. Hangleton has the oldest building in the city of Brighton and Hove, which is St Helen's church. Hangelton Manor is also the oldest secular building in Hove. The neighborhood around the property is quiet and safe and parking is easy. There are shops, pubs and recreational areas within a 10 minute walk. Thee are some stunning walks close by that take you to the south downs and the seafront is only a 10 minute drive away. Free parking on the street and you are a short walk to bus stops taking you into central Hove or Brighton. Portslade train station is the closest station. The chalet next door may also have guests.
