Relax by the pool, light the fire pit and roast your marshmallows, experience the amazing stars at night. Breakfast provided in main dining room or on patio every morning of stay. Ample parking for cars, vans and trailers. Guests will have private room and bathroom with shower and toilet. Studio room has queen size bed separate to main house with own entrance, private bathroom with shower and toilet, stocked kitchenette and private lounge. Full use of pool, patio, gardens and BBQ. The owner reserves the right to change the furniture, bedding, decor and fittings as they see fit. Quiet area only 20 mins from Toodyay town site and 1 hour from Perth. Wildflower displays from June to October (Sept - Oct main time) are one of the best in WA with many rare plants. Historic town site has tourist attractions, history, winery, variety of restaurants serving local produce, farmers market , festivals, white water event and many different attractions on throughout the year. Town has lovely gift shops selling locally made products and grown produce, Visitor Centre, Library, Laundromat, Supermarket, Post Office, Hairdressers, Barber, Police Station, Dentist, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle Shop, Christmas Shop, Newsagents, cafes and gyms. Northam is only 40 mins away set in the heart of the Avon Valley with Major shopping centre, tourist attractions, Hot Air Ballooning, Aero Club and Bilya Koort Boodja (Centre for Aboriginal Culture and Environmental Knowledge. Chittering and Swan Valleys are 30 - 45 mins away full of wineries, fruit orchards, chocolate factory, cheese factory, brewery's and restaurants. Ample parking is provided at the property. All roads leading to property are sealed, driveway is a short sealed gravel road. Trains stop at Toodyay and Northam town sites. There is no public transport to the property.
