Cozy Waterfront Apartment

Welcome to your quiet retreat on Queens Creek, just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Your retreat is attached to the main house but is its own separate apartment with private entrance and patio. The 12 acre property is surrounded by water on three sides which can be viewed from every room. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock as well as exploring the trails through the pecan forest. You can also tie your boat to the dock. This retreat has two bedrooms, each with queen beds, closets and balconies. There are one and a half newly remodeled bathrooms, as well as a kitchenette (also recently updated). We are available to answer any questions you have to make your stay more comfortable. However, we are happy to stay out of your way. This quiet apartment is 8 minutes from Mathews, where you can find groceries, quaint restaurants and antique stores. Five minutes away is a public boat ramp on Gwynn's island at the bayside restaurant, Hole in the Wall. Williamsburg and all it has to offer, is within an hours drive. Richmond is only slightly more than an hour away.
