Countryside Villa (Pool) - Near The Sea & Mountain

Our countryside villa is located between the lovely city of Viana do Castelo and the oldest village in Portugal, Ponte de Lima! This area is well known for its green countryside, amazing beaches and gastronomy. You'll have plenty to choose between sightseeing, ocean baths, mountain biking, trekking and/or tasting the local dishes and wines. Both close to the mountain and the sea, this is a perfect spot to relax and have a good time. Here you'll find a magnificent natural environment to discover! The living room has two large windows and direct access to the kitchen and balcony There’s a Flat TV screen, a DVD/CD player, Audio-system, Satellite TV and a Piano. Well equipped kitchen which includes Wood Oven, Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Sandwich Press, Blender, Juicer, Tableware, Cutlery, etc. All the three bedrooms have both double beds and private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. The family/full bathroom has bathtub and hydromassage shower Steam iron and ironing board available. Baby/Toddler bed and chair are also available if requested in advance. You're very welcome to use all the Board Games, Books, DVD's, CD's at the house. Two Montain-Bikes are also available. Feel free to ride them. There's a covered built-in Barbecue and several outdoor tables were you can cook and eat in covered shade. The Swimming Pool is 9x4 Mt long (from 1,30 minimum deep to 1,60 maximum deep) Guests will have access to the entire house, swimming pool and garden. Private parking up to 4/5 cars. We'll be present at the time of check-in/check-out and available by phone (in person if needed) for any assistance and information that you may ask or need. The house will be only for you except for pontual maintenance visits, always with your previous knowledge and agreement. Car is highly advised (although you can find some daily buses, the public transport network in this area is quite poor). The highway is just 5 km away and provides fast access to the entire region, as well to Oporto/Lisbon and Spain.
