Elegant suites on a Tuscan farm

Our gorgeous suites have original features and modern comforts, the pool and restaurant overlook the picture postcard Tuscan views. An ancient farmhouse, olive groves as far as the eye can see, a gem of a medieval village called Santa Luce, friendly animals, organic food, 4 charming suites, landscaped gardens and a panoramic pool give the agriturismo a very special feel. Suite del Tramonto is a very spacious suite situated inside the main body of the ancient farmhouse on the first floor. It has an atrio area, a large double bedroom with delightful views of the village, an ample sitting room with two single sofa beds which would be perfect for kids and we also provide a large cot free of charge. The suite has its own private bathroom with a local stone 'pietra serena' shower. The suite has many original features like ancient stone walls and arches whilst the furnishings are a mix of antiques with many modern touches. It has a private outdoor area; a shady terrace/large balcony equipped with comfortable sofas. Of course each suite has an autonomous entrance which leads directly on to the landscaped gardens. All our suites are equipped with modern comforts, books, games, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, TV and we provide our guests with beautiful hand printed bed linen & towel sets etc. As ecology and resources are a large part of the agriturismo's philosophy the rooms' electricity is produced at the agriturismo by solar power and the hot water through thermal panels. Panoramic swimming pool, working farm, organic restaurant, bbq and picnic area, landscaped gardens and lawns, olive groves, wifi, free parking and obviously gorgeous suites! It depends how much interaction our guests wish to have! Our hosting is very descreet when necessary but we have also made friends with a lot of our guests who like to have a chat over breakfast, ask us to show them around the farm and grounds etc. and even have dinner together in the evenings! A part of Tuscany which hasn't been discovered by mainstream tourism but one of the most stunning areas! Santa Luce which is 5 minutes walk has everything one needs, bank, pharmacy, post office, two shops a couple of restaurants and of course a bar but withing 15 minutes drive there are bigger towns with supermarkets etc. A car is almost essential is you want to travel around the area as public transport is very time consuming and reasonably rare! If you only want to visit the immediate local area and spend time walking in the hills, bird watching on Santa Luce lake or trekking in the Mediterranean woods above the agriturismo and relaxing in the gardens and pool then there's no problems and we offer airport/train station pick up/drop off service. If you have a car the possibilities are limitless and there's free secure parking on site.
