1 beautiful/very clean, quiet and comfortable private room in a 4 bedroom home in Thousand Oaks. Near AMGEM, Skyworks, Los Robles Hospital, California Lutheran University, BMW, Oaks Mall, Reagan Library, 23 and 101 freeways. Ideal for a working professional or a student. Sorry no couples . The bedroom is furnished with a very comfy double size bed, a desk and chair, night stands, lamps and a big closet. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Located near shops, AMGEN, California Lutheran University, Los Robles Hospital. Near Newbury Park, Moorpark, Westlake Village, Agoura and Simi Valley. We maintain our place very clean and comfortable, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. Private bedroom is available for short term or long term. ( Long term is for one guest only) The bathroom maybe shared with one other guest if we do not have other guest, then it is all yours. Our backyard is amazingly beautiful and peaceful, and well maintained. Our guests will have access to many amenities and some common areas. Washer/dryer and laundry detergent is available if you wish to use them for a $10 fee to cover water, Gas, Electricity and supplies, no cooking, just some very light cooking (microwaved). No food provided, we have an extra full size fridge available just for the guests. Friendly interaction. We look forward to greeting our guests and making sure they are comfortable. We respect the guest's privacy and we are happy to help with information and directions. Quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood near all kinds of shops and malls. Also close to Amgen, CLU, Los Robles Hospital, Reagan Library nearby, 30 minutes to Zuma beach in Malibu. 1 1/2 hour to Disneyland, Universal studios. We have public transportation but it is not convenient it takes some planning to use it. It's best to have a rental car or your own. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. From the airport to my house there are shuttle services available at reasonable prices. No smoking, no drugs and no pets as we already have one cat. The cat is both indoors and outdoors. Please maintain your room and bathroom clean and picked up after yourself as well as kitchen after you use it. Thank you!
