This historic home built in 1900 was formerly owned by famous Noank Sea Captain and Author Benjamin Franklin Rathbun, and by The Today Show personality Willard Scott before I purchased it. It was recently and completely renovated and is furnished with all the comforts of home you will need, with touches Hawaiian Aloha! You'll enjoy the spectacular views of the Mystic River, Fishers Island Sound, Noank Harbor and boat docks which are unparalleled. Take in the breathtaking sunrise over the water. It is Located near Downtown Mystic. It is a short drive to Groton, the Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village Shops and Restaurants and the Stonnington wineries. Take short walks to Noank's renowned restaurants including Abbott's Lobster-in-the- Rough, Ford's Lobsters, Costello's Clam Bar and The Seahorse. Visit the Noank Historical Society Museum and Art Gallery or relax right where you are at the water's edge. A grocery and liquor store are also a minutes walk away.
