There is a huge undercover outdoor alfresco entertainment area. Only 20 mins by car to the new Sydney Zoo The gardens both front and rear are beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. The premises has a large undercover outdoor area to relax, take in and sit back with a cold or warm drink to take in the atmosphere or just read a book. Your bedroom, shared bathroom and toilet, and all common areas. No access to other guest or host bedrooms.
