Cozy Vail escape great for long stays! Perfect!

Cozy guest room. This room has a double bed, nice light & views. There is a coffee pot & mini fridge in the room. Shared bath with shower. Use of the house & parking. Do not book this space if you are afraid of dogs! There are 2 Boston Terriers that live at this house. The kitchen, patio, dining room & living room are shared spots. This is one room in a three bedroom townhouse, shared walls so the possibility of noise exists. 30 minutes to Vail, 25 mins to Beaver Creek. 15 minutes from the eagle airport & 45 minutes to Glenwood Springs. kitchen, living room, dining room, patio I work nights, but I am always happy to help. Nice quiet family neighborhood close to downtown & restaurants. Super close to Beaver Creek, Vail & Glenwood Springs. We are 12 mins from the Eagle Airport & 10 minutes to the Eco bus stop! HOA does not allow parking on the garage side street, please park in a space A car is preferred, but the bus is close 20 minutes walk to town The bathroom is shared as are the lower level spaces. I do have 2 Boston Terriers who can stay downstairs, but they love to play! There is a 1/2 bath on the main level
