Year round Vermont beauty! A memorable stay at Bolton Valley during any of our four seasons! During the winter walk out the back door to four chairlifts, ski, snowboard, snowshoe etc. Multiple options for dinning and shopping. During the off seasons, take the quad up the mountain with your bike and enjoy the ride down. Endless trails to hike. Cool off during our warm summer days at the Bolton Swimming Holes. The trees are currently changing and Vermonts famous fall foliage is about to peak! This is a studio space. There is not a primary bedroom. Sleeping arrangements are listed: 1 Queen bed Pull out couch, sleeps 2 people Bunk beds and a trundle bed (ideal for children ages 5-13) Being a privately owned, renovated hotel room, the hot water heater offers about ten minutes of hot water then it needs 20 minutes to reheat. So please plan for time between showers if multiple guests are staying. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the patio or anywhere in the building. While staying at Bolton, you can easily walk to resturants and shopping. There is an elevator in the hotel lobby but it does not access our floor. You will need to use stairs. Plenty of parking. This unit is in the heart of the hotel at Bolton Valley. Ski in and ski out. A few short steps from the unit and you are at the base of four ski lifts. Wilderness, Quad, Snowflake and Mid Mountain. For beginner skiiers and riders, the Bunny slope is located between Wilderness and Mid Mountain. If you desire a meal in one of the mountains multiple restaurants, you wont need to leave the building. Walk to Mad Taco, The Tavern, Wood Fire Pizza. Directly below the unit is Bolton Valley's Deli. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the deck. Multiple choices of Vermonts finest breweries. There is also a small grocery section. Our unit is in the wing of the hotel where employees of the mountain live. Its a great group of people. A the bottom of the parking lot (less than a 5 minute walk.) is the Sports Center. This building offers guests a swimming pool, hot tub, pool tables, a gathering space, snack bar and adult beverages (additional cost), skate board ramps, gym, and a bounce house. The mountain access road is well maintained but at times mother nature will deliver us a great amount of fresh snow. The access road is about four miles from the bottom to the top. Please note, the access road is on VT Rte 2 between exits 10 and 11. Our unit is 30 minutes to Burlington, 15 minutes to Waterbury and 30 minutes to Stowe. Drive up to the hotel entrance to unload your car. We do not have access to the elevator, so please know there is one staircase to use. Multiple, free parking lots.
