The Home is a beautiful historically registered home in the heart of the charming walking village of Montgomery. The home itself was built in 3 parts, the first in 1790, the mansion portion in 1839 and then the modern artists addition in 2007. In our home we specialize in local foods and have a farm to table menu available to order breakfast from. The Borland House (1790) is a Certified Inn in the Hudson Valley focusing on farm-to-table experiences. Optional add-ons include breakfast, cooking class or private dinner. We teach cooking classes $100/person or we can create a private chefs table tasting menu dinner 3-Course for $75/person and 5-Course $100/person, also available upon request.
