COVID-19 ready. Allow 48h between reservations for thorough sanitation. 2 bedroom house near the Leonardo Marina. Near stores, beaches, Sandy Hook is ten minutes away. Pets are welcome at no additional fee.There is a wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue. This is a clean simple home. If you have pet allergies this house is not for you. I strongly suggest you have a car to get around, I’d be happy to drive you when available. There is a $25 fee/night for the 5th person. There is an open kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake. There is a business wifi connection, so very fast internet, YouTube tv for tv programs and Netflix at your disposal as well. The washer dryer is located in an area of the house that is closed to my guests but will be open only for long stay on Saturdays and Sundays if need be. There is a brand new stove and new dishwasher. New queen size bed and new twin size bed. I live on the property, sometimes in the area of the main house that is closed and away from my guests sometimes in the back cottage and sometimes I'm not even here. There is no shared space, you're on your side and you won't hear us or have to interact with us. I like to welcome my guests and show the m around the house, I will be there for your check in. I am at your disposal for any needs. Just text and I will do my best to help with anything you may need. The neighborhood is friendly, located on a residential street away from route 36, it's a very quiet street. The marina and close beach are only two minutes away, the marina is a block away while the small beach is two blocks away and is open to fishermen and dogs. There is the atlantic highlands seatreak ferry 5 minutes away by car, only a 20-25 minutes walk from the house. There is also the NY waterway landing located in Belford, 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by foot. The Middletown, NJ train station is located about 6 miles away, I only recommend going there by car. All these public transportation will get you to NYC, 1h15 by train and 45 minutes by ferry. I am also currently renting the cottage in the back yard, if you need more space you can contact me and I will try to have both listings available for you. Please be mindful there might be other guests in the cottage during your stay, they have access to the cottage using the driveway and that shouldn't impact your privacy. You get to enjoy the front yard and they get to use the backyard.
