Lovely cottage located in Old Chatham, NY. Convenient to Taconic Parkway and I-90. Enjoy beautiful Columbia County with its rural farmland, adorable shops and antiques, fun breweries, cideries, and distilleries, and acres of preservation land for hiking and kayaking. 25 minutes to ski slopes at Catamount, Jiminy Peak, and Ski Butternut and all that the Berkshires has to offer. Come enjoy quiet country living and use our home as your launching pad to explore the incredible Hudson Valley. Recently renovated space with unique details, including soaring ceilings in family room, loft for quiet reflection or children’s play, skylights, new kitchen, huge screened porch, firepit, fenced in yard, lots of beds for family, pet friendly and family friendly with tons of toys for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. Guests are welcome to use spices and cooking oils as well as high quality pans and dishware. Coffee pods and tea provided. Keep up your fitness- Sunny bike to keep up with your Peloton workouts- bring your shoes and clip in SPD or Look compatible. Set of dumbbells (3,5,8, 15#) and a yoga mat also available. Guests will have full access to the house. We live nearby and this is our special getaway. We love to share our retreat with others. We can be available as needed. Chatham is only 10 minutes from the house. An adorable town, full of unique shops and restaurants and a classic movie theatre. Near to other great towns like Hudson and Kinderhook, and only 25-30 minutes to Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Lenox and all the Berkshires has to offer. Lots of off street parking in driveway. Pets welcome, $50 pet fee.
