Tuscan Farmhouse outside Florence views privacy

A totally away from it all feeling yet very near the city center and withing minutes from major roads connecting to all important cities and historical sites in Tuscany Spacious rooms, friendly homey atmosphere the house has everything which would make you feel at home. Plenty of linens and towels, throws for lounging outside on the chaiselongues or cuddling on the couch to watch tv. Pots and pans, and lots of dishes, the rooms are spacious, the livingroom is full of light, the garden is totally private, away from roads and traffic, the private road is a dead end, there is no through traffic. The entire ground floor through apartment , large private garden, private parking right in front of the entrance. If I am not at home I can be easily reached by phone, what's up or mail. the house is in a hamlet of three houses, it is not too isolated yet there is plenty of privacy. A car is necessary to get around, parking is free right in front of the house and safe, the tramway to the city is only a 10 minute drive from the house. Parking there is free. The village which is only 3 km away has shops and restaurants, larger shopping centers are only 15 minutes from the house in either direction. the location is safe, quiet, away from the main road, and feels like a home.
