Located in Arroyo Seco, halfway btwn Taos & Ski Valley . Quiet dead end road. Private, quiet w lots of light & beautiful views. Fully furnished. 1 bdrm w/ Queen bed, full-size washer & dryer, dishwasher, private deck with table/chairs & grill. 10-15 minute drive to Taos & a mile to village of Arroyo Seco. Hiking & biking and walking right outside the door. Dogs considered w/ xtra clean fee $50 & deposit $200 (No cats). 15 min drive to Taos & 15 min drive to Taos Ski Valley. TV/DISH. Wifi. This little house is completely separate and private from the main house. The homes in the neighborhood are spread out, approximately one house per acre--just to give an idea of the space. there are great views to the east (the mountains), and the west (sunsets). The deck has a partial latilla fence around it so gives it some privacy but still maintaining stunning views! There are lots of windows, including a kitchen window looking out to the Taos Mountains (El Salto), and the living room has 2 large windows for views to the East, South and West to include mountains and sunsets! The house has an open floor plan so feels bigger than it's 650 sq feet, plus a deck out the south side of the house. The deck area has a privacy fence, table & chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a quality sealy mattress and high quality cotton sheets and a down comforter. There is a large closet, a dresser, & night stands with lamps next to the bed. The living room has a futon sofa, 2 comfy club chairs, and a TV, DVD player, and there is dish so many channels available. The current photos don't include the new furniture in the living room. Note, there is a discount for weekly stays, and we will consider longer-terms stays also.
