Lovely 3 bedroom HORSE property home.

Enjoy our spacious home in a quaint rural setting. The house has three large bedrooms, 4 total beds, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, WiFi and laundry area. The park-like yards are shaded and the property offers horse amenities, including corrals. The location is just off Hwy 99 East, 5 short minutes from Red Bluff and the Tehama County District Fairgrounds. Conveniently close to the Sacramento river, Lassen Volcanic National Park and other outdoor activities. The house is all yours, we live just down the street (and pass the house several times each day) and we do frequently come on property to get hay from our barn. We welcome well behaved and trained pets; there is s a $50 per pet, per stay fee and we ask that any pet inside be kenneled. In some cases, we may impose a $250 deposit. It's always best to consult with your host about your pet's stay. Plenty of parking and turnaround space for those traveling with trailers! Our host Kate prides herself on being incredibly available during your stay; text or message through the Airbnb app for any questions, comments or concerns. Enjoy a rural experience while being only minutes from town. While, we don’t live on property, we live nearby. We passed by the house several times a day, and will access the barn for hay on a daily basis.
