Cozy, private bedroom is yours to enjoy. Shared bathroom has full shower and tub. Bedroom has twin daybed, closet & drawer space and a small coffee cart. There is a small seating area in front of the house where you can enjoy views of the river and evening sunsets! Guests will have use of kitchen and backyard access to share. Beautiful, quaint neighborhood on the hill. Walking distance to the heart of downtown and many parks. Street parking available. Pets live on this property. Peaceful room and decor with a sliding glass door out to a deck and a large fenced backyard with a garden. Deck heater available for cooler evenings and access to the BBQ. Twin day bed, dresser & closet. Shared kitchen and bath. Large beautiful backyard and porch. YMCA pool and gym close by. High school track, basketball and tennis courts within walking distance. Many hikes and bike paths close by. We let are guests lead the way, so as much as they are comfortable. We are open and welcoming and here if they need anything. Always happy to answer questions and give guidance to the area. Close to many city parks and trails, a school track and field, tennis courts, and the YMCA. Walking distance to old downtown Mount Vernon with many choices for restaurants and shops. COA Mexican restaurant within walking distance from the house. Very easy. Local Transit stops are within 2-5 blocks for easy around town access. Train and bus station are a 10 minute walk over the tulip bridge to downtown. Bus & train connects to everywhere: Bellingham, Everett, Stanwood, Camano Island, Anacortes and Whidbey island. Easy access all around. YMCA has a gym and a pool. High School track, tennis courts and basketball courts are open off hours from school. Many parks, hikes and lakes within 30 minutes drive time or less.
