The Old Rectory with stunning views

Pete, Lexie, and our dogs Poppy & Indie welcome you to our home, a Victorian Rectory built in 1850 and standing next to the quaint 12th century St Andrew’s church. We are located in the small village of Stockton, over-looking the beautiful Teme valley in the heart of the stunning Worcestershire countryside. Our garden is a wonderful space in which to unwind, take in the lovely views, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. We offer secure off-road parking and super fast broadband. We will welcome you into our home via our beautiful galleried hallway, a light and airy space in which to relax. You are welcome to use the garden seating areas at the front and rear of the property. Your bedroom is light and airy, with far reaching views of the valley. The room is furnished with a double bed, television, hairdryer, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and a table and chairs where you can enjoy a continental breakfast (this may be served in the garden, weather permitting). Your private bathroom consisting of a WC, roll top bath, twin basins and a walk in shower is just across the corridor. Pete and Lexie will be available during your stay to answer any questions or assist you in any way they can. We have several village stores, country pubs and a petrol station within a few minutes' drive. The beautiful Elms Hotel is just 1 mile up the road, a perfect place for a special dinner or celebration. The historic Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb is close by and the stunning Witley Court is less then 4 miles away. Within easy reach of the beautiful city of Worcester and the historic market towns of Ludlow, Tenbury Wells and Bewdley. Our village is situated on the bus route between Worcester and Tenbury Wells, with a bus stop a couple of hundred metres from the house. For keen walkers the Worcestershire Way and the Malvern Hills are within easy reach.
