A lovely 2-storey space, on the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. There is also an L-shaped sofa and TV. Upstairs is a double-bed with an en-suite shower room. The local area is best explored using a car, on foot or by bike. There are 2 pubs within walking distance and many picturesque walks. A peaceful and rural spot in the Surrey Hills with links to Guildford, Godalming and London.
