Guest have access to the whole apartment Self check in with key code access to both the main entrance and apartment. Guest will have access to gym and patio at all times. Guests must be mindful of tenants living on premises. *There is a 0 tolerance for parties or events, and no smoking is allowed. If any such activity takes places we will know right away and will cancel reservation with no refund. This also applies to guest who show up unannounced. We are available via phone or app messenger. I also recommend if you are hungry to visit out favorite place called 30 burgers which is located 7min from the apartment. A block away from NJ Transit train with transportation to NYC.
