Villa Belvedere, Upper Qeparo

Vila Belvedere is build in 1917 and has had a major restoration in 2015. Villa has two floors, upstairs you have two bedrooms each room, with their walk-in shower and a separate bathroom in hallway. Downstairs is separated sitting room with bathroom and a luxury build kitchen with Corian countertop. Outside the kitchen there is direct access the garden where you see the Ionian see, Corfu and other smaller islands. Garden is divided in 3 terraces perfect for stargazing and birdwatching. Villa Belvedere has three teraces of garden just outside the kitchen. They are private and to be used only by the guest. I also stay in Upper Qeparo during the summer. Upper Qeparo is a late medieval village with a wonderful position on top of a clif overlooking the Ionian Sea Corfu island. When you stay in upper Qeparo will hear the bells of the goats and sheeps up in the mountain. Upper Qeparo has many easy and moderate hiking and also sightseeing options. Sight seeing: 3 Orthodox Churches, Saint Mary's in the village, Saint Spyridonos (Shën Spirdoni) 5 min hike just above the village Saint Athanasious (Shën Thanasi) 25-30 min hike as you head into the mountain onto the Kudhes hiking trail. Hiking Trails: Hike to the sea on the lower village. 30min Hike to Borsh from the mountain side. 60min Hike to Kudhes from upper Qeparo. 90min The easiest way to move is if you come with your own car. Public transport is not an option in Qeparo. Walking to the beach in Lower Qeparo takes about 25-30 min. During the summer there is Buses from Vlora to Saranda a couple of times a day. The drop of is in the lower village on the SH8 national road.
