We are ready to welcome you to SouthView Acres! Enjoy a comfortable stay in our mother-in-law suite with its own private entrance. Private parking, quiet location and minutes away from I75 access. Enjoy cable TV and wifi. Our home is on 10 acres where you are welcome to walk the trails or warm yourself by the fire pit at night. A convenient location for business or pleasure travelers. No hidden fees. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. We will supply coffee pods, creamer and sugar. The bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk in closet. The bath has a walk in shower with a seat if needed. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. We are in a low crime, quiet, residential neighborhood but we do have a security system connected to a central monitoring station just for peace of mind. We also have a home backup generator so no worries if there is a power outage. The generator will kick on within 10 seconds of the power going out. Parking is in our driveway next to the ramp entrance leading to the apartment door. There are no stairs. We are close to many local attractions and amenities. Shopping at the Monroe Premium outlets, Liberty Town Center to the south and Austin Landing to the north. Nearby Lebanon and Waynesville are known for their antique shops. Three major flea markets are close. It is a short drive to Kings Island, Caesar Creek State Park and bike trails.
