Cheerful heritage home with private yard

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, cozy home in the middle of beautiful northern British Columbia. Located right across the street from the pristine Bulkley River with access to world class steelhead fishing, spend your days on the water, out exploring the Babine mountain range or soaking up the sun at the local Tyhee lake. In the evenings, relax around the outdoor fire pit (fire wood provided) or cozy up indoors with board games, a good book and the warmth of the electric fire place. Parking: Gated gravel driveway long enough to accommodate a truck and trailer, or two vehicles. Parking also available on the road in front of the house. Yard: Private, fenced yard lined with lilac trees. One side of the house contains a gravel driveway and the other side has a fire pit with wooden benches. The front yard is mostly open space suitable for lawn games, with a large deck connected to the front of the house. Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has one queen sized bed, a dresser and a small closet. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a twin bed on top (suitable for a child or one adult) and a double bed on the bottom (can sleep 2 adults). The living room contains a sleeper couch, which can sleep 2 adults but is likely more comfortable with just 1 adult. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. Living Room: Living room contains an electric fire place, small coffee table and a sectional couch that pulls into a sleeper. Kitchen/dining area: Kitchen contains a glass top 5 burner stove, microwave, dish washer and full size fridge. Basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery provided, as well as french press, kettle, teapot (with steeping option for loose leaf teas), and a basic drip coffee maker. Dining room table is a small square table with 4 stools. Bathroom: There is one bathroom with a stand up, tiled shower, a sink and a toilet. Laundry: Stacked front loading washer and drier in a closet space outside the bathroom near the back door of the house.
