NB: Building has major works going on currently with noise levels very high at times between 7am to 2pm intermittently during weekdays, although I understand that noise levels have come down a lot as of 11th March. The residence features an open-plan living area, bright pops of blue and yellow amid neutral grays, chic furnishings, and a modest outdoor breakfast space. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is now fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, with ample wardrobe storage, a large lounge with TV and dining area, unlimited WIFI, plus a newly renovated shower room. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy home-cooking whilst on holiday, including full cooker with hotplates, head-height fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, nutri-bullet, toaster and kettle. The pantry is set up with tea, coffee and other essential kitchen items. Guests have access to all facilities within the apartment, in addition to the on-site laundry (i.e. washing machines, tumble driers, outdoor hanging lines, and washing powder provided) plus off-street parking. Guests will either be met at the apartment depending on time of arrival, or a lock box is in place should your arrival time not allow us to manage a “meet and greet”. Should any issues arise on your arrival date, we are also contactable by phone or email. During your stay, there is someone on the ground to ensure your holiday is a great success. The apartment is located less than 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Seacliff. It is also close to cafes, restaurants, a number of outdoor activities, and great walks. Adelaide's modern Metro system provides an excellent train and bus service into Adelaide on a very regular basis. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the journey time can take as little as 20 minutes into the city, with trains running form early morning to late at night making the City's arts, fringe and jazz festivals, plus its wide range of international and domestic sports events are easily accessible Adelaide Airport is approximately a 20 minute drive. Local taxis/hire cars or Uber can be picked up at the airport. The popular Seacliff Beach Hotel is nearby, the Seacliff Yacht Club 800m away and a great café almost next door. In addition, it is only a short stroll along the Esplanade or a jog down the beach to the many restaurants, cafés, shops and boutiques at Brighton. Information on these places is provided in the apartment. Maps of the area and the wider metropolitan area are also provided. There is very good community WIFI provided by the Seacliff Beach Hotel (which can be reached beyond the hotel) and plus additional free WIFI from Holdfast Bay District Council, which can be accessed on the Esplanade and beach. We provide a welcome complimentary breakfast and all linen is provided, including bath and beach towels.
