Shared great room (14x24) double reclining sofa, queen size bed, desk, table and chairs, electric fireplace and 65" wall mounted TV with streaming device (Netflix, Prime, YouTube plus plus (Website hidden by Airbnb) cable...guest may bring own account or sign up on own for length of stay). Two large windows and one double French door. Shared Laundry room and shared bathroom with shower. Comfortable, good quality beds and linens. You may hear footfalls or other muted noises from owner's upper apartment that has its own private access. Air Conditioned, plus ceiling fans for air movement in main room plus ceiling fan in queen bed room . Room darkening shades on all windows. Full kitchen with cookware, toaster, microwave, Keurig, refrigerator and stove with full size oven. Small dining peninsula for two in kitchen. Coffee, tea and staples like spices, oil and various other pantry items all for your use. This if for your own cooking. Some paper products. If it's in there we don't care if you use it! Please watch for deer when driving up the street! Up to 11 of them have been seen at one time on our street and they do not always yield to cars. Slow down, stop, take pictures! You may even see our Albino deer who loves to pose! Nice quiet low traffic street for late night or early morning walks. Multitude of running routes just outside our door. May be better to drive into the village and park if you would like to walk and wander up and down Main Street or the couple dozen side streets lined with beautiful 100 year old homes, large shade trees and dozens of local businesses. Check out the East Aurora Chamber of Commerce site and be amazed at how much there is to do locally without having to leave village/town limits! You will be amazed and your kids wont be bored as the older ones will be able to get around themselves to the many ice cream stands and fast food restaurants finding plenty of things to do.
