Long and short term stays welcome! We enjoy hosting guests in our home and will be accommodating to the best of our ability. Please read and agree to HOUSE RULES (at the bottom of the page) prior to booking. Private bedroom and shared bathroom in our home in a great neighborhood centrally- located with street parking available. Long term guests will be able to use one spot in the driveway for parking. Your space includes a queen-size bed w/comfy pillowtop mattress, quiet space and a shared bath in the hallway next to bedroom.... 50" TV with Xbox One and streaming apps (you have to have your own login, we don't pay for those services), mini fridge, coffee/tea bar, snacks, microwave, workspace and more! Long term guests may access all common area if they choose. This includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry. Our home is also equipped with the Beyond Guardian Air Purifier by Aerus, which is better than HEPA filtration & ActivePure® Technology to destroy up to 99% of contaminants in the air and on surfaces... and is actually the ONLY air purifier on the market cleared by the FDA and proven to kill SARS-CoV-2 on surfaces and in the air! (read (Email hidden by Airbnb) House has digital keypad (door code provided on check in day). House is in a great neighborhood, centrally- located, with street parking available. Long term guests will be able to use one spot in the driveway for parking. Your room is the first room (on left) in the hallway once you enter the front door. The bathroom is at the end of that hallway. Sam is the extrovert, I'm more of the introvert. I like my space and will respect yours. If you prefer to visit and chat, we will happily join. Drinks and board games are fun too! I'm a great cook (or so I've been told)... we are more than happy to provide a weekly meal to our long term guests. We are near Kiehl and Brockington in Sherwood. She goes with us frequently when we leave, otherwise she will be in our room or in a crate. We also foster frequently, so there's always a chance that there will be another dog in the home as well. There is a second private room that we rent out as well. That room is directly next to your room in the front hallway.
