New sprawling ranch house with spa & pool located in the heartland of Southwest Michigan wineries & Lake Michigan beaches! Step off the back deck and right into the HOT TUB! Relax & unwind on our one acre property complete with a fire pit & grill or indoor fireplace. Close to Round Barn Winery/Wine Trails/Breweries and local Beaches. When available, enjoy fresh vegetables from our garden, and herbs from our greenhouse (when in season). The kids will love the playset and adjacent sandbox! Relax and enjoy the outdoors on our one acre, fully fenced in private home! We're located close to SW Michigan wineries, breweries, and Lake Michigan Beaches. Enjoy the new seven seat hot tub with multiple jets that will surely ease anyone's mind! Step off the back deck and into the hot tub which is kept at 100 degrees year round, so it will be ready upon your arrival! After your relaxing time in the spa, you can enjoy building a fire in the outdoor fire pit or warm up by the indoor gas fireplace. Round Barn Estates offers Igloo rentals during the winter! Perfect way to chill and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Summer offers a huge yard to grill, spend time with family and friends, and a playground for the kids. The yard is completely fenced in, and has a swing set and sandbox for the little ones. The above ground pool will be open Memorial Day through Labor Day and will have a gated deck. Close to Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, and breweries. Driveway parking on site. The unique benefits of this house is that all four bedrooms are on the main level which is perfect for adults. There's a child's gate in front of the stairs leading to the finished basement which has twin beds in a large bedroom and a TV in the entertainment room. Perfect hangout for the kids! At this time we have one and a half baths, but we are in the process of adding a bathroom with shower in the finished basement. This area is the perfect place to vacation! There are "Farm to Table" restaurants, wineries, breweries and beaches. Pick your own blueberry's or rent a paddle boat or kayak from the local beaches. Some local wineries and breweries have outdoor entertainment during the summer. You can rent a boat or go on a fishing trip in St. Joe. We look forward to hosting you!!
