This listing is close to restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment venues, the Rhode Island and NOMA Metro Stations (Red Line) and walking distance from the Capitol Building. You’ll love this cozy condo because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, lighting, kitchen, parking space with a private entrance to the guest room and the accessibility to the DC metropolitan area. The listing is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Keep in mind a dog lives in the condo. FULLY COVID-19 VACCINATED GUESTS ONLY, MUST SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION STATUS. This listing is a private room with a full size bed, walk-in closet and a private entrance. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared space with the host and his dog. If sleeping arrangements are needed for a second guest, a queen size air mattress can be setup in the living room for short term guests. Long term guest(s) must use/share the bedroom and full size bed. Reserved parking is available behind the condo in the alley. The private entrance leads to the reserved parking spot. The reserved parking spot will only fit a Compact Car to Mid-Size SUV. *Trucks, Large SUVs, and Vans are not allowed to park in the reserved parking spot. There is non-permitted street parking on all surrounding streets for large or additional vehicles. If you park on the street and you do NOT have a DC license plate, your vehicle will be ticketed Monday-Friday. No out of state plates are allowed to park on the street during weekdays without a DC Metropolitan Police Department parking pass. You can contact the police department for a pass that is good for 2 weeks and it can be extended or reissued for longer stays. Pet Policy: *NO CATS ALLOWED* Dog(s) (no more than 2 dogs) are allowed if they are vaccinated and up to date on rabies, potty trained, get along with other dogs, and are well behaved (e.g., don’t bark or make noise obsessively, chew/scratch/destroy furniture, walls, doors, anything that originates in the hosts Airbnb or is brought in by the host.) Dog(s) are not required to have a crate, unless that is the only way the owner leaves them throughout the day. The hosts dog is a large Labrador Retriever, he has free reign of the house while the host is gone. The host restricts him from the Airbnb room, to allow privacy for guests. Guests dog(s) can be left in the private room or in the shared space with the hosts dog, pending relationship dynamics. If the hosts dog or guests dog(s) do not get along and the relationship is too stressful for the animals, the host/guest may cancel the reservation, but should coordinate with each other.
