Town’s edge, Tamworth. The perfect location

Comfortable two bed, self contained, annexe on nice tree lined road with views over open countryside. Stylishly decorated with spacious lounge, modern bathroom and kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Use of patio to rear of house in beautiful garden. Parking on private drive. Situated just one mile from the centre of Tamworth with its Saxon castle, church and snow dome. Local attractions include Drayton Manor, the Belfry golf course, Kingsbury Water Park, Conkers Activity Resort amongst others. Guests have sole use of all indoor space plus a patio to the rear. Guests also have sole use of the garden to the front of the house but are requested to limit any time in the rear garden to when we’re not around. I live with my partner Steve in the house ‘next door’ so we may be on hand to help, however we do like to get out and about very often. When not around I am available by phone to guests at any time. Always happy to say hello if we bump into each other in the garden although I like to give my guests the space to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay The property is ideally situated on the outer edge of the town with open farmland and beautiful views to the rear yet still close to several pubs and other amenities. There is a private drive for guest parking. Attractions, such as Drayton Manor, Conkers, The National arboretum and the delightful city of Lichfield are a short drive away. If you’re feeling energetic it is possible to walk to Tamworth centre, castle and the snow dome in around 30 minutes.
