The beds are top quality and you will love your time here. The amenities are great too! There is a shared, large, modern gym onsite. There is a pool open in Summer, as well as BBQ areas open year round. Lastly, there is an on site leasing office. Spokane Valley is home to the Spokane River and beautiful Centennial River Trail State Park (walk to from our building). This is a mostly flat, riverside paved trail in a forest setting. Absolutely amazing. The property is in the heart of everything you need, including easy access to the 90 freeway. Only 13 minutes from downtown. Coeur D' Alene is only 30 minutes to the most amazing jet skiing and dining in the Pacific Northwest. Lastly 1 mile from Spokane Valley Mall so you can get anything you want in the winter easily. 2 parking passes provided for non-covered parking spots found throughout the complex. I always find a spot, but you may need to walk a bit sometimes once you find an open spot in the complex. We do not allow parties, smoking, or events. Note 2 parking permits are provided. The only place you can smoke is walking next to the garage doors 25 feet from all buildings. This means no smoking on any sidewalks, breezeways, or balconies.
