Be my guests in a small town house in Germany

I offer one bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed. They are connected to each other. It is a perfect set up for friends or family with kids. The rooms are on the second floor of a small house. The door has a key. On the first floor is the shared bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the ground floor there is the shared living room and the shared kitchen. There is a TV and also Wifi in the living room. In the back there is a small garden area. In summer I have a pool set up. The house is small. Most of it is renovated but its not finished all the way yet. The entrance and the guest bathroom are not done yet. I will be working part time. But my sister in law is nearby most of the time and i am also reachable over the phone. I will be around since i am living in the house most of the time in the mornings and evenings. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. On the one side you reach nature in a heartbeat and on the ither you can get into the city or to the public indoor or outdoor pool, the ice skating ring in winter or the shopping street in the city. There are lots of nature activities to do nearby. Hiking, biking, swimming, boating, canooing on a river, visiting a monastery, visit an activity parc for kids or one with animals from the region. Bitburg has a tourist office that can also provide information on festivities and activities offered nearby. You can take a tour at the brewery and taste the beer or the famous mineral water. There are also thermal baths within driving range. In Bitburg: - ice skating ring (winter) -indoor and outdoor pool with sauna - brewery tour - small shopping street with ice cream places - good train and bus connections to big cities like Luxembourg, Mainz, Cologne, Trier - walking / jogging possibilities in nature within 3 minutes distance - old monastery nearby offers sometimes Taize prayers - lots of good marked trekking hiking and mountain biking trails ( I can offer informations because thats what I do in my freetime) - nearby bakeries and different grocery shopping places - vulcano lakes to swim in within 60 minutes driving distance with boating opportunities - nearby river with canoing possibility - skiing resort small 1h away - skiing resort bigger 4h away - Stausee Bitburg ( lake to walk or hike around or to go boating on) 20 minutes drive
