Rustic Confluence Cabin with Private Stream.

This Rustic Cabin, in the heart of the Allegheny Mountains, has everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax, and enjoy quiet mountain living. Enjoy your own private stream access for fishing and over 10 acres of hiking in the woods! Minutes away from everything that Ohiopyle and Confluence has to offer; situated perfectly for enjoying fishing, boating, swimming, biking, kayaking, Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, or just sitting around and relaxing. The space Our cozy family cabin is situated on over 10 acres of woodland with access to a private stream for fishing and hiking through the woods. There is a gazebo for entertaining outside as well as a large flat lawn area for outdoor games and activities. If you enjoy campfires, there is a large area to have small fires. We are situated 10 minutes from Confluence Proper, 15 minutes from Ohiopyle, and 20 minutes from Fallingwater, Nemacolin Woodlands, and Fort Necessity Battlefield. Guest access Guests have access to the cabin, the gazebo, and our fire rock. Additionally we have two small, private streams on the property that guests have access to. We ask that anyone who crosses the bridge on the property do so carefully and at their own risk, as it can become slippery when wet. Other things to note THERE IS NO WIFI OR TELEVISION AND CELL SERVICE IS VERY LIMITED AND UNRELIABLE. We have a land line for local calls and emergencies. We have elderly neighbors close by, please no parties or loud music after 10 PM. We are a non-smoking household. Please refrain from smoking in the house or on the screened in porch. We also ask that vaping be limited to the screened in porch area or outside only. The entire home is for guests to use including a gazebo and a fire rock for bonfires. If guests would like to have fires, they must supply their own wood. A local source for firewood is available upon request. I will not be available in person, but we have a house manager who lives down the road and is available to come to the house if need be. Our cabin sits in a Mountain Hollow on 20 acres of land. There are two small streams that run through the property and walking paths through the 20 acres that guests are welcome to use. The Youghiogheny Lake is 2 miles down the road and the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail is one mile down the road.
