Ground Floor Entrance leading to the Kitchen, dining, bar, a double bedroom with an amazing infinity sea view, bathroom and laundry. First floor 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. 1 jack and jill bathroom & a 1/2 bath. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner cooktop, oven, side by side fridge, double sink, pots, pans etc. The Villa is in a panoramic position West facing with wonderful views from the Ocean facing balcony of the entire community and endless sea view and mountains, capturing incredible sunsets, while still reassuring a feeling of privacy. The property is surrounded by a large beautiful garden. Children of all ages are welcome but please be mindful that we do not have child safety features therefore young children should be supervised by adults at all times while you enjoy your stay at the property. This Spacious Hillside Villa is set in 1/2 acre of private land 5 mins to supermarket , 10 miles to the waterfalls, 10 miles to snorkeling/diving area. 45 mins from airport, & only 5 mins to Roseau. We were welcomed warmly by Lisa upon arrival and she was so very easy to work with and super quick to respond to any questions. The house was equipped with an induction stove, bright lighting, and swinging hammocks. We slept so well because the rooms were designed for a good night sleep! The yard is very well taken care of with lots of open space outside and an amazing view of the water. The house is close to several hiking trails, public transit and grocery stores so it made things easy for us.
