Villa Topaz is a lovely three bedroom pool villa with a magnificent view over the island and is located in Santa Barbara. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and the large and comfortable living room ends up in a huge shaded porch with a big pleasant magna pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The beds are king size but can be split into two singles. The beautiful tropical garden where you can enjoy the sound of the birds and view over the island and Caribbean Sea makes this a perfect vacation villa for couples, family and friends. There's a gated parking space and rinse tank + locker for your dive gear. COVID-19 CLEANING PROCEDURE The space will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay with special attention for high touch points. Contact with our staff will be limited. We guarantee a safe stay so you can have a worry free vacation in paradise. You have access to the full house. You are always welcome in our office in town, open 6 days a week! We also like to get to know you during our weekly Rum Punch HAPPY HOUR and Sunset Sailing tour! Santa Barbara is located on a hill. It makes optimal use of the nice trade winds of Bonaire. It's far away from town to enjoy the silence and the stunning view over the island and ocean, but close enough to town if you'd like to go out! It is a mix of residents and tourist accommodations. The "Real Dutch Bakery" is very close for your daily dose of freshly baked bread! There is no public transportation on Bonaire, we therefor recommend to rent a car. We are happy to help you with this! There is a private parking at the villa. The mandatory tourist tax $ 6.50 per person per night is not included in the rate and must be paid upon arrival. Begin cleaning is included in the cleaning fee. We kindly ask you to leave the house broom clean on your departure dates, including clean dishes, trash taken out and floor swept clean. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. A mid-stay cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. We are happy to offer you full packages including rental car and diving.
