Single Bed Room in a Shared House

This semi-detached house is in Masser Road, Holbrooks, north of the city - a nice, friendly, safe and quiet residential area within 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops, local shops and 15 minutes walk from Arena shopping park. It is also less than 5 minutes drive from junction 3 of M6. This single bedroom is fully furnished with clean beddings. The window faces the street in front of the house. The room has its own lock and keys for security. It can also be locked from inside for privacy. There is also a radiator of the gas Central Heating System, which can be controlled individually. All utility bills are included in the rent. There are internet WiFi, TV, washing machine, 1 off-road parking space, nice shower and 2 toilets. There is also a nice big lounge and a kitchen diner with all the electronic appliances. We have a south facing garden with patio, table and chairs to enjoy in the summer with a barbeque set. I am a fairly sociable person and wish to meet people from different countries and backgrounds. I will be visiting the house in the weekends to maintain the gardens in the front and the back as well as carrying out any decorations and maintenance that the house may require. It is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with shops nearby. There is also the Ricoh Stadium with a Casino, a Night Club/Disco and Arena Park Shopping Centre within 20 minutes walking distance. By car you can quickly access the City Centre via Phoenix Way (A444). If you are Asian or enjoy Asian food, we are not far from Folshill or Stoney Stanton Roads, where you will find quite good and cheap curry houses and cash and carry shops with fresh Asian food stuff. We are only 5 minutes drive away from junction 3 of M6, which makes it convenient to commute to Leicester, Birmingham and Rugby. It only takes 25 minutes to get Birmingham Airport by car. We are located 3 1/2 miles north of Coventry. There are a number of buses. For example bus number 13/13A from The Burges in front of the McDonald in the centre of Coventry. It stops at the junction of Nunts Lane and Wheelwright Lane, which is 5 minutes away from the house on foot. Should you wish to commit to longer stay at the house, we can negotiate the price/rent in favour of the guest. This single bedroom can be rented for £12 per night per person. An extra £1 per night will be charged if the person is accompanied by a partner.
