Appartement Lake Neusiedl

Jois is a small village located at the Lake Neusiedl, a paradise for windsufers, bike tourists and wine-lovers... My Appartement is located in the ground floor of a new 4-family house in the centre of the village in an absolut quiet surrounding. I have furnished this appartement to my personal style for use of my family and my friends. There is also a small garden for you use. The Appartement is completely furnished, the kitchen also has a dishwasher. There is a sleeping room with a double bed and a convertible sofa in the living room. There is SAT TV and free WLAN. If needed I can organize a baby bed, too. Non Smoking Appartement - please smoke in the garden only. The Appartement is available during all seasons, central heating available Driving time to Vienna City Centre by Car is approx 40 minutes, to Vienna Airport (VIE) ca 25 minutes by taxi or car. There is variety of nice local Restaurants in Jois (Saliterhof, Schnepfenhof, Gasthaus Raus, Gasthaus zur Maut) all in walking distance. There are also some wine-makers serving wine and food on their properties ( called Buschenschenken) - e.g. Fistra, Stoanikeller, Auer) and there is a number of great winemakers - check out Hoffmann, Hillinger, Sattler, Kisch... The Open Air Festivals Mörbisch and St. Margarethen are reachable in ca 30 minutes by car or taxi. The In-Location Mole West is only 10 minutes away. Check out the Restaurant Seejungfrau at the Marina Jois, too! Shopping is possible in the Designer Outlet Centre Parndorf. There is a local Spar Foodmarket in the Village in walking distance, too.
