The apartment is spread over 3 levels, on the first level there is the living room with full kitchen, sofa, 1 armchair, flat screen TV; on the middle floor large bedroom overlooking the living room with a double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower; upstairs (under the roof) we have a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both overlooking the large terrace with magnificent sea views, bathroom with shower. The apartment enjoys a wonderful sea view from the large window in the living room and from the terrace on the attic floor. The building is inside a beautiful centuries-old park surrounded by the sea. Reserved parking for one car (normal size, no SUV). The second car can be parked in the nearby parking. Guests have access to the garden also from the pool area through a gate you can walk directly to the village of Poggio where there are some essential services, a small grocery, restaurants and bars. I am available for any request from guests. The village of Poggio can be reached on foot from the park, here there are some services, bakery, small grocery, bars, restaurants, wifi. Guests have access to the entire property, the communal garden and the swimming pool. The public bus service runs every hour from the Poggio and connects several nearby locations. Cleaning has a separate cost to be paid in cash on arrival € 80. Linen (sheets and towels) are not included in the price and can be rented here at a cost of € 15 per person or they can be brought from home.
