Kitchen: A modern, fitted kitchen complete with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Care is also taken to ensure that there are a range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and just about anything else you might need to prepare that gourmet meal or quick snack. STAIRS LEADING TO FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom looking out towards the front aspect with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 3: A small, single bedroom room with a bedside table with lamp, looking out towards the rear of house. Bedroom 3: A rear bedroom looking out towards the lawned back garden, with 2 single beds, cupboard, bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom: A newly fitted, family bathroom with an over the bath shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. There is a garden and a small courtyard to the rear. Guests have exclusive use of this property. Every effort will be made to meet you at the property to provide access. In the event that this isn't possible a key will be left in a key safe outside the property and a code will be text to you on the day of your arrival.
