4BHK house for quick maritime getaway
Our place is in a quiet corner of Arnala, with a nice, clean beach close-by. Guests are welcome to cook at the property if they so wish, and we are also happy to serve meals at an extra cost. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the people, the silence, and the village feel while still being close enough to the city. Our place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The space has a unique BBQ pit that doubles over as a fireplace with a nice, large sitting area around it. It is absolutely perfect for Winters. There is also a graffiti room in the house. If you're interested, we can provide spray cans so our guests can unleash their inner Banksy. If your group size is more than 7 people, the entire house will be made available to you. If not, you will have access to the two AC rooms. We stay in Mumbai, so we will not be available on the location during the stay. But our Caretaker/Manager, Vijay alias Annu, is a very warm and helpful host and will help you out with anything within reason. The bungalow is located in a residential area with other neighbours. It is a standalone property, but you may encounter a friendly resident or two during the stay. There are some decent restaurants in Arnala that our caretaker will recommend to you once you arrive at the property. Unfortunately, Zomato doesn't enlist places for Arnala just yet, but you will have a selection of various cuisines (Chinese, south Indian, Mughlai, Malwani, etc.) at your disposal. There is Ram Mandir right opposite our property which also serves as a landmark for the area. The beach and promenade are within a 15-min driving radius from the property. Virar Station is half an hour away from our property. Local rickshaws and taxis are available, but it is better if you have your own ride to get around. You can park up to 4 cars within the property itself. We wouldn't recommend parking cars outside the premises as the roads are small and such an act can inconvenience other residents of the area. Arnala is small township-village hybrid with most people knowing each other on a first name basis. The neighbours may therefore be a bit curious about the new arrivals from time to time. They are never intrusive or disruptive to the staying experience. It's the novelty of the newcomers that can attract their attention. It's never been an issue with our guests so far, but we are adding this note as an additional information about the locality.
