The home is beautifully decorated & provides all the comfort & essentials that you will need while traveling. This is also an amazing place to stay while you partake in various Mid-Michigan Attractions, as they are only a short drive away (discover it all in the welcome/guide book that will be provided). It's also a great place to relax & unwind in the backyard on the patio, tap into your nostalgic side & play some music on the Victrola Bluetooth record player, or simply sit back & stream your favorite movie on one of the HD Smart TVs. This home has been recently renovated & updated with amazing hardwood floors & a classic, stylish farmhouse sink & subway tiles. It is a tastefully furnished 2 bedroom home with plenty of sleeping space (a queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room) with a walk-in shower. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance should anything unexpected come up (as hosts we do not provide travel insurance). **PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS!** You will be able to park 1 -2 vehicles in the driveway (depending on their size), you can also park on the street in front of the home Should you need anything, we can be reached anytime via the Airbnb messaging app. I am a traveling professional, and when we're not nearby, we have someone covering for us. Our home is located in quiet/quaint neighborhood that is centrally located (close to the local parks, downtown Saginaw, coffee shops, major roads, hospitals, shopping centers, theater & restaurants) Our home is near the major freeway and major roads. Saginaw is best explored by car, but there is also public transportation nearby that is available (Saginaw Transit Authority & Regional Services has bus routes with conveniently located stops). You will be able to park in the driveway (1 -2 vehicles depending on the size). We would love to host your family & kiddos, however please note that the full bathroom has a walk-in shower only.
