#2 large and modern room with garden and pool

Dear travelers, I have a spacious and modern guest room in my small family house in Memmingen. The room offers everything for a pleasant stay alone or as a couple. I do rent 3 rooms and also life myself in the house. It is my pleasure to host you. The guest room is located in a small family house that is currently only inhabited by myself. And is 1 of 3 rooms I offer for rent. The room itself and also the whole house has a lot to offer for your comfort. Equipment of the room: - bed (1.80m x 2.00m) - Writing desk - Walk-In wardrobe - TV (including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video) - Towels and bedsheets Equipment of the whole house for shared use: - 2 bathrooms (shared) - dining area can also be used - fully equipped kitchen can also be used - large terrace with garden and barbecue can also be used - pool (not heated) and sun beds can also be used - Free parking on the street - E-charging station (separate billing) - Free coffee and free water - Free care products such as shampoo / shower gel / Disinfectants etc. - A washer and dryer - Board and card games - and much more please also have a look on my other rooms You can park the car along the street. Please make sure that you do not block any driveways. Since I work full-time, the guests can reach me mostly by E-mail or phone. When I'm at home, I am of course happy to answer any questions personally. You can check-in independently from 3 p.m. The check-out should be done by 10 a.m. (Changes are possible after prior consultation) The house is located on the northern outskirts of Memmingen in a quiet side street with lots of single-family houses. The city center of Memmingen can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. There are numerous cafes and restaurants there. Within a 15-minute walk you will also find supermarkets, children's playgrounds, bus stops, swimming pools, etc. Memmingen Airport (FMM - Munich West) is only about 10 minutes away by car. This can be reached inexpensively by taxi (aprox. 17€) or bus. Memmingen train station is around 25 minutes away on foot. There is also a direct bus connection. Thanks to the ideal location, you can not only get to the Allgäu quickly on the highway, but also within a few minutes' walk in the city center. Ideal for a short weekend stay or before / after departure / arrival for a long distance travel. Ideal location if you are passing through. The A7 and A96 Highway pass by Memmingen. Memmingen is in an excellent location for exploring southern Germany. With the two highways A7 and A96 you can reach almost everything. - Munich 1 hour 30 minutes by car or train - Lake Constance 40 minutes by car - Austria 45 min by car - Kempten and Ulm 30 minutes by car - You can be in the mountains in just 45 minutes Within an hour's drive there are numerous activities for young and old. Thanks to the airport, I am also looking forward to international guests who would just like to see the beautiful old town of Memmingen. It would be my pleasure to give you some advices during your stay Please be aware you only rent a room not the whole house. That´s why other guests and me will also be in the house.
