Pattee’s Place

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with one bedroom on main level and another bedroom on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19. At this time there is no cleaning fee. This home is welcoming and furnished with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. With 2 levels, you can enjoy the separate spaces and relax. The deck off the kitchen is great to enjoy the outdoors or enjoy your morning cup of coffee when the weather is nice. In addition to main floor, upper level and part of basement (garage is not available), there’s a deck in back to relax and spacious backyard. I live next door and available for questions. This neighborhood may bring you back in time. All neighbors know each other and are very friendly. It's best to have your own car to get around. You may see deer at dawn or dusk. Oftentimes they walk down the middle of the street or you can see them crossing through the park adjacent to our backyard.
