Living quarters have separate entrance & attached carport for easy access. Family room with fireplace, tv, Wi-fi. Tiny, stocked kitchen. 3/4 bath. Bedroom has one queen bed; family room has futon (double bed) & 1 portable twin bed; 1 toddler bed; Pack 'n Play available. Upstairs bedroom available for couple or women; has separate private access, queen bed, & full bath for additional $50 per night. Hot tub & huge deck with beautiful views. $10/person/night extra if over 2 guests. Outdoors, huge deck with two heaters & hot tub. Separate indoor exercise/sun room on deck. Fenced in backyard. Parking space for additional vehicles. Ample, safe play areas for children. Winter sledding on premises! Laundry provided at $10 per load. Warm, friendly retired couple who will interact 24/7 as per comfort level of guests. Given 24 hours notice, Family-style dinner for $20/person; hot breakfast for $10/person; picnic lunch for $12/person. Stunning mountain views. Hiking/biking trails within neighborhood (seasonally); rentals available in Alpine (13 miles away): snowmobiling, dirt biking, horseback riding, boating, jet skiing, ATVs & UTVs, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding. Outdoor swimming, tennis, 3 golf courses within 4 miles. One hour from Jackson and Tetons; two hours from Yellowstone. Close to Snake, Grey’s, and Salt Rivers (known for fly fishing). White water rafting the Snake River out of Jackson. Drive-in carport for easy access. We require pictures of covid19 vaccination cards before we book. Dog(s) must be (Website hidden by Airbnb) larger dog—must be friendly, or 2 small dogs—must be friendly; can’t be left unattended. (We have a large crate, if needed.) No smoking or vaping. No glass in hot tub.
