"The Home Place Vacation Rental," in Seeley Lake, is a 2,200 square foot lower, fully ground level entrance apartment of a duplex. It has its' own driveway and spacious private yard. The upper level is inhabited by the owner which has its' own driveway, entrance and yard on the opposite side of the building. WIFI & web based Television programming of Netflix, Disney Plus and more as well as DVD movies are provided. There is also a good selection of games for family and friends to enjoy. There are 4 bedrooms: Rooms #1 & #2 have 3 Twins in each room. Two twins can be converted to make a king bed upon request. This would provide 1 twin and 1 king bed in that room. (Please keep in mind that with a twin to king conversions, you can feel the center dividing line) To request this option, please send us an email at your time of booking. Room #3 has 1 Queen bed & 1 twin bed Room #4 has 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed The building is a two story Duplex. You have full and private access to the entire, fully ground level, apartment. The vacation rental has its own private driveway, parking and yard. The upstairs apartment has separate driveway, parking and yard on the opposite side of the building. We are available for ideas and suggestions for places to visit and play in our surrounding area. Also, if you have questions or concerns about anything about the property or apartment, please let us know. It's our desire for your visit to be the best of experiences for you. The rental is located just off the hwy on the edge of town. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to get to the "main hub" of town and a short 5 minute drive to the nearest camp ground and lake access. The rental is located about a 5 minute drive to the nearest lake access and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Seeley Lake. This rental is great for family reunions, large groups, small retreats and team building getaways. We have additional folding conference tables and chairs available.
