Feel at home in this newly renovated room in a peaceful suburban house. Located in a safe family neighborhood, there are two parks and a wildlife refuge within walking distance. Center City Philadelphia is just 15-20 min by car, as well as Wilmington, DE. The #37 bus, just 2 blocks from the house, takes you straight to the airport terminals. PHL (Philadelphia International Airport) is just 5-7min by car. Parking is available on premises upon request. Enjoy the fast and simple self check-in! Newly renovated room in a peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful, vibrant, and clean. One queen bed with a memory foam mattress. We also have a loveseat couch that opens up to a single bed if you're with another guest, and an air mattress or another twin mattress available to accommodate a total of four people. Blackout curtains make sure you get ample rest. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room space with other guests and host. The host is usually busy working and otherwise out of the way. Safe & Secure: The entrance has a keypad for easy passcode check-in -- passcode will be provided at the check-in time. To keep all of your belongings safe and your stay private, each room has a passcode lock, which will be provided at the check-in time. There are cameras on the exterior of the property as well as public spaces (kitchen & living room) for security purposes. There is plenty of parking space on the property, but let us know when booking if you plan to bring a car so we can verify. We are usually busy working and you won't see us much unless there is something we can assist you with. A very safe and peaceful suburban neighborhood that is family and elderly oriented. It is located right off of I-95 Food: We’ve got the world’s first Stromboli restaurant right down the block! Its about a 10 minute walk to Denny’s or Wawa’s, for a variety of food, and Philly cheesesteaks are only minutes away on foot. Not to mention all you can eat buffet is less than 15 minutes away, as are pretty much most restaurant chain and fast food desires. ETA-wise, this is the closest suburban neighborhood to Center City Philadelphia! You can get there in about 15-20 minutes by car. Wilmington, Delaware is about 20 minutes away as well.
