Charming self contained annexe, idyllic location
Charming flint 1860’s 2-bedroom annexe in idyllic, peaceful location. Pretty Downland village near Chichester, Goodwood and Arundel. Own private entrance, large double bedroom, single bedroom and newly fitted bathroom. Outside sunny courtyard. Great local pub on your doorstep, and cafe in nearby village serving delicious breakfast . Amazing Downland walks outside your door. Goodwood golf, horse racing and motorsports, Chichester Festival Theatre, Arundel Castle & gardens, and coast all nearby., We are in a pretty Downland village, a 3 minute walk to the excellent local pub, The George (closed Mondays). The annexe is completely private with it’s own outdoor South-facing courtyard area. We are just next door if you need anything. There is a tennis court for guest's use. No kitchen. Small fridge, Nespresso machine, tea making facilities. We can recommend places nearby for breakfast. Gravel parking area, own entrance to private annexe. There is no kitchen in the property but a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities, plus a small fridge. This area is scenically beautiful. We can provide maps for walks and there are great places nearby to visit. The nearest towns, Chichester and Arundel, are historic and well worth a visit. There are some great pubs nearby. The coast is about 25 minutes by car, the nearest beach is Climping. The nearest train station is Barnham, a 20 minute taxi ride away. Although we don’t provide breakfast, the excellent Forge café in Slindon (4 minutes drive) serves a gourmet breakfast and lunch and is also a great place for provisions and home made treats. The Goodwood Bar and Grill, Goodwood Aerodrome Cafe and Star and Garter Pub also serve great breakfasts, or you can sit in your sunny courtyard with coffee and croissants!
