A great place from which to explore the market town of Chateaubriant with its beautiful chateau or further afield, the larger towns of Rennes and Nantes. Located in Pouance in the region of Ombree d'Anjou, this pretty cottage offers one double bedroom and one single bedroom, shower room and toilet. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The lounge/dining area is equipped with satellite TV. The raised decking area offers far reaching views over the countryside. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for your use. Parking on site. Linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. The cottage is situated between Pouance and Chateaubriant (10 minutes by car) A car is essential to explore the area. Bikes are available to borrow. Chateaubriant is well known for its sporting facilities and events. A regular programme of events at the hippodrome takes place throughout the year for those interested in horse racing.
